We are delighted to announce the launch of our new e-Mentoring Programme. The objective of the JPO Induction e-Mentoring Programme is to support new JPOs assigned to UNDP in taking up their assignment. The Programme will match new JPOs with experienced JPOs in their second or third year of the JPO assignment, Special Assistants to the UN Resident Coordinator (SARCs), or current UNDP staff members who were recently JPOs. It is the intention that experienced current JPOs, SARCs, or former JPOs will mentor new JPOs during the first six months of their assignment.

We also put forward our JPOs networks on Facebook and LinkedIn, which are meant to enable its members to communicate among each other on an informal basis.
