Share your career story and advice

Learning about the career experiences of other individuals, your colleagues at UNDP or current as well as former JPOs, may be one of the best sources of inspiration for planning and developing your career .

We therefore encourage you to share your career story and experience at any stage, either prior to joining UNDP or while working as a JPO with UNDP, as well as during your post-JPO experience if you have already completed your JPO assignment. We also encourage you to share your career advice with your fellow JPOs.

You may structure your story and input as you like. It may be positive. It may be critical. It may be long. It may be short. It may be inspirational. It may be wise. It may be just for fun and a good laugh. It may be your advice based on your experience, or sharing useful documentation, which you have read. This page is all yours, so feel free to contribute with what is on your mind and what you would like to share to help your fellow JPOs.
