ToRs are entered online by the duty station(s).

Once entered the duty station can monitor the status of their request(s).

The Regional Bureaux will on-line review and prioritise the requests of the respective duty station.
The Regional Bureaux can monitor the requests from the duty stations within the region.

When endorsed and prioritised, the requests will be available for Donor Countries to view. In case of interest, the Donor can contact the JPO Service Centre.
